About us
I’m Iryna, founder of Macarons Sweet Way. Originally from Ukraine, I studied pastry in Israel, where I earned my culinary diploma and discovered the true harmony of flavors. The idea to create my own macarons was born thanks to my son, who adored them, but store-bought versions were far too sweet and artificial. I decided to reinvent them: elegant, light, made with natural ingredients and balanced flavors. My culinary journey inspired me to craft unique macarons, where every bite is a burst of flavor. OUR MISSION
At Macarons Sweet Way, our mission is to reinvent the tasting of macarons.
We use less sugar for a balanced experience.
We prefer high-quality ingredients, such as Belgian chocolate and fruit purees, to offer a rich and double taste to each macaroon
Thanks to this, you will discover each taste separately, each flavor note!
Sugar, almond powder, egg whites, white chocolate, milk chocolate, cream, raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit, mango, melon, coconut, glucose syrup, coffee. May contain traces of wheat gluten and peanuts.
In order to guarantee an optimal experience, we recommend that you keep your macaroons in the refrigerator. Before tasting them, let them rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes. This step will allow the macaroons to find their perfect texture and fully reveal their exquisite flavors. Enjoy every bite of an unparalleled taste experience.
